Returns

We offer a 30-day return window, meaning you have 30 days from the date you receive your order to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

  • In original condition
  • Unworn and unused
  • With all tags attached
  • In original packaging
  • Accompanied by proof of purchase

Please note: we do not provide prepaid return shipping labels. Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs.

Once your return request is reviewed and approved, you will receive detailed return instructions, including the correct return shipping address. Do not send any items back before your return is approved, as they will not be accepted.

Damages & Issues

Please inspect your order upon arrival. If your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us immediately so we can evaluate the issue and resolve it as quickly as possible.


Non-Returnable Items

Certain items cannot be returned, including:

  • Perishable goods (food, plants, flowers)
  • Custom or personalized products
  • Personal care items (beauty or hygiene products)
  • Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases

Additionally, sale items and gift cards are final sale and cannot be returned.

Exchanges

The fastest way to get the item you want is to return your original item (once approved) and place a new order separately.


European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

If your order is shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without justification.

To be eligible, the item must be in the same condition you received it: unworn, unused, with tags attached, and in original packaging, along with proof of purchase.


Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved.

If approved, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 10 business days.

Please note that your bank or card provider may require additional time to process and post the refund.
