Returns & Refunds

At CurioCorner, we offer a 30-day return window, meaning you have 30 days from the date your order is delivered to request a return.

Return Eligibility

To qualify for a return, your item must be:

  • In original condition

  • Unworn and unused

  • With all original tags attached

  • In the original packaging

  • Accompanied by proof of purchase

Please note: Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs unless otherwise required by applicable law. We do not provide prepaid return labels.

Once your return request is reviewed and approved, we will provide return instructions, including the correct return shipping address. Items sent back without prior approval will not be accepted.


Damages & Issues

Please inspect your order upon delivery. If your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us immediately at support@curiocorner.store so we can review and resolve the issue.


Non-Returnable Items

Certain items cannot be returned, including:

  • Perishable goods

  • Custom or personalized items

  • Personal care products

  • Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases

Gift cards are non-refundable.

Sale items may be marked as final sale where permitted by applicable law.

Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges.

To exchange an item, please submit a return request for your original order and place a new order separately.


European Union Right of Withdrawal

If your order is delivered to a country within the European Union, you have the legal right to withdraw from or cancel your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order, for any reason and without justification.

To exercise this right, you may contact us at support@curiocorner.store or use any other withdrawal method made available on our website.

Once your withdrawal request is submitted, you will receive confirmation of receipt by email.

Returned items must be:

Customers may be responsible for any diminished value of goods resulting from handling beyond what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the item.

Return shipping costs remain the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise required by applicable law.


Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you if your refund has been approved.

If approved, refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless required by applicable law.

Please note that your bank or payment provider may require additional time to process and post the refund.
